My website and table booking system needed to be bespoke ; we're a live music cocktail venue offering bar food rather than strictly a restaurant. Adam, Clive and John have managed to facilitate all of the idiosyncrasies involved ; I'm extremely happy with the result. We have been using Sugarvine for 2 years and can honestly say that using this system has saved me so much time and save a lots of admin. Since using sugarvine we can see increased bookings, and improved operational efficiency. The Customer Service is extraordinary! We have been using Sugarvine at our Restaurant for almost 2 years now, it has been transformational to the workload required on the telephone cutting this down by approximately 80%, we have taken over 10,000 bookings this way and wouldn't go back. Clive and Adam are always there for help and support when we want to change the booking parameters or explore the wider functions of the software. Our restaurant has been with Sugarvine for the past two years and Clive, Adam and the team have been very supportive and helpful. The service and support from Sugarvine are very personal and the price is very competitive. The system is very easy to use. The best booking system. We have used Sugarvine for 2 years now and it is has saved us hours of planning and has increased our bookings. It is so easy to use and because it is a live booking system you can manage tables to ensure you get full capacity at all times. Admin is always on hand if you need any help.
