Switch between List, Calendar and Bird’s-Eye views
The new system gives your team three different ways to work with the same live service. Use List View for booking details and quick actions, Calendar View to understand timings and availability, or Bird’s-Eye View to manage tables directly from your floor plan.
Changes made in one view are reflected across all three.
Your service starts with a smarter dashboard
The new dashboard gives you an immediate overview of the service ahead. See current-service statistics, booking activity and upcoming large parties, with important guest information and special requirements brought together in one place.
Quick actions let your team respond without searching through the system, while direct access to List, Calendar and Bird’s-Eye views takes you straight from preparation into managing the live service.
Manage your floor in real time
Create multiple floor plans, automatically allocate suitable tables and combine them for larger parties. Move bookings using drag and drop or use Quick Seat to add and seat walk-ins without interrupting the service.
Live statuses follow each table from confirmed and seated through to bill dropped, paid and finished. Table-turn and overstay visibility help your team see where service is moving to plan—and where attention may be needed.
Events now sit inside the booking journey
Add your event name, description, date and available booking times. Events can be created as one-off occasions or set to recur, making the system equally suitable for annual celebrations and regular entertainment.
Control attendance with a maximum event capacity or link availability directly to your tables. You can also block ordinary reservations during the event or create a separate table plan when the occasion requires a different venue layout.
More precise control over online bookings
Set availability, booking durations, capacity and party-size limits around individual services. Add custom questions, collect allergies and special requirements, and tailor confirmations and reminders for both diners and your team.
The updated widget can also display your logo and brand colours while bringing website, Google, social and direct-link bookings into the same system.
Deposits are now part of a wider payment toolkit
Alongside fixed and per-person deposits, venues can securely save card details for agreed no-show charges or collect payment in full.
Create multiple payment rules for selected dates, times, services, party sizes and events. Payment links can also be sent for bookings added manually, with payment and refund controls managed through user permissions.
