Michael Conyers

Investor and Non-Executive Chairman

Mike attended Glasgow University (B.Acc.) and then the ICAS in Glasgow. Having worked as a qualified CA for some 8 years he left the industry to become a restaurateur and hotelier. He was personally involved in building and running 14 restaurant/hotel operations before becoming the joint founder and then CEO of ResDiary. ResDiary had gone from a startup to some 11,000 customers in 68 countries when it was sold to Accor hotels in 2018 and Mike retired one year later. Mike is still keenly interested in technology and product development in the restaurant reservation space and believes Sugarvine Tables fills a gap in the market for a sophisticated but uncomplicated solution providing great value at the right price point.

Mike likes to relax fly fishing in Patagonia and skiing in the Arlberg.

Chris Sullivan

Non-Executive Director

Chris is a Cambridge graduate with an eclectic CV within the hospitality sector. He has held senior operational leadership roles with companies as diverse as Whitbread, Starbucks, Scottish & Newcastle, Balls Brothers, Harry Ramsden’s, Aberdeen Angus, Blackpool Tower and James’ Places. He has always been an early adopter of tech developments which aid pub and restaurant operators, without over-complication. Sugarvine Tables does just that as well as delivering great value at the right price.

Chris is a portfolio business advisor and is also a marriage celebrant.
