The origin of our restaurant booking system
The Sugarvine Tables online booking and table management system was born out of the Sugarvine stable of hospitality websites. For over 20 years Sugarvine has offered various marketing and tech solutions to the hospitality sector in the UK – web development, a dining guide, catering supplier directory and a takeaway ordering and payment system.
Listening to our thousands of restaurant, pub and hotel clients over the years we realised that other table booking systems on the market were very expensive, difficult to use and understand, used dubious tactics to siphon diner data and bookings into their systems and had inadequate customer support.
So clearly there was a gap in the market for a simple-to-set-up-and-use reservation system at the right price with no per-cover charges and a support team that really understood UK dining.

Thanks to our past experience in hospitality and relationships with restaurant and pub owners, we knew our table booking system had to be based on three core principles: low cost, UK support team that understand hospitality, simple to use.
