The origins of our restaurant booking system
The Sugarvine Tables online booking and table management system was born out of the Sugarvine stable of hospitality websites. For over 20 years Sugarvine has offered various marketing and tech solutions to the hospitality sector in the UK, including our dining guide Sugarvine.com.
Listening to our thousands of restaurant, pub and hotel clients over the years we realised that other table booking systems on the market were very expensive, difficult to use and understand, utilised dubious tactics to siphon diner data and bookings into their systems and had inadequate customer support.
So clearly there was a gap in the market for a simple-to-set-up-and-use reservation system at the right price with no per-cover charges and a UK-based support team.

You can choose to take deposits for special events or busy times, or simply hold card details to protect against late cancellations. This secures revenue at the point of booking and, as such, encourages customers to honour their reservations.
You can even send guest email reminders and text reminders (through an optional add-on) to ensure they arrive on time.
Venues using deposits typically report fewer empty tables and more reliable bookings.

Yes, ongoing UK-based telephone support is included at no extra cost with every plan.
Our team assist with setup, offer staff training sessions and are available to troubleshoot technical queries whenever you need help.

We also give you the cancellation period required by other systems for free. For example, if another system requires a month’s notice, we will give you your first month of Sugarvine Tables free of charge, to give you time to adjust to the new system and move bookings over before swapping systems.

Are there any hidden fees with Sugarvine Tables?
No, you only pay a simple flat monthly or annual subscription fee.
There are no charges per booking, per cover or per transaction, unlike many competing systems.
There’s also no increases in monthly fees linked to the amount of covers put through the system like other systems. Just a clear transparent price of £75 per month.
Please note: If you take deposits using Stripe there is a 1.5% handling fee. This is a Stripe fee, not a Sugarvine Tables fee.
