Manage the event from booking to service
Event reservations appear within Sugarvine Tables alongside the rest of your bookings. Your team can add guests manually, send payment links, view payment status, search bookings and see covers sold and remaining capacity.
On the day, bookings can be assigned to tables and managed using the same live service views and statuses as an ordinary reservation. Staff notes, guest details and special requirements remain easily accessible, helping your team deliver an organised and attentive event.
Payments are processed through the venue’s own Stripe account. Authorised users can manage eligible refunds through Sugarvine Tables, while funds, payouts and Stripe transaction fees remain between the venue and Stripe.
